Your products ship in a plain, unmarked box with no logos or product descriptions on the outside. We use standard USPS or UPS shipping. Monthly subscribers get one box per month; biweekly subscribers get two smaller boxes. Your first box ships within 2-3 business days of subscribing.

Light is for occasional leaks — small, thin pads for everyday wear. Moderate is our most popular plan — reliable all-day protection for regular incontinence. Heavy provides maximum absorbency for heavy incontinence or overnight use. All plans use the same premium materials; they differ in absorbency capacity and pad count.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your credit card number. Your bank statement will show "Dryly" as the charge description.
